If your pet is already registered with Pets Home Today® database, select what changes you would like to make to your record.
In order to change ownership details in our database…
– Fill out our Ownership Request Form and return via Fax or Email. This document must include the microchip number, the previous owners name and signature, the owners name, address, phone number and emergency contact name and phone number.
– If this is not possible, please contact us at sales@petshometoday.com and we will be happy to assist you further.
Fill out our Registration Form to update your profile. We will email confirmation of updates within 48 hours.
